The Six-Week Reset (for women at midlife)
I’ve spent over 20 years in the wellness space – teaching movement, studying nutrition, and helping women feel stronger in their bodies. But when I hit my late 30's and watched so many of the women I work with go through the same transition — I realised something big. Movement and nutrition had helped, yes but for many, this wasn’t enough.
Our bodies shift. Our energy changes. Our motivation drops and for some anxiety appears out of no where. Sleep goes out the window and this can have a knock on effect on everything. A lot of us try to push through with the same old tools — discipline, willpower, control. Add to that the emotional weight we carry as mothers, daughters, business leaders, business owners and all other work we do outside the home, partners, friends and caregivers… it’s no wonder so many women can feel disconnected.
That’s why I began weaving in coaching — to help women uncover the deeper patterns underneath the pressure, the disconnection, the exhaustion - to help fully reveal the person within.
This personalised programme involves six 75-minute sessions (plus short contact via Voxer as needed). We begin with coaching and then when it feels right, we move towards your personalised nutrition plan and movement!

Why the feet?
Our feet are the foundation of every movement we make but they’re also one of the most underused and overlooked parts of the body. Our feet are crying out for attention.
Each foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, thousands of sensory receptors that constantly send information to the brain about pressure, balance, position. This feedback helps us move safely and efficiently, but it also plays a key role in how our brain organises movement, posture and even how calm or alert we feel.
Over time, and with age, the feet can lose strength, mobility and sensitivity which can affect how we move, balance and connect throughout the rest of the body.
By reawakening the feet — through gentle strengthening, mobility and sensory work — we can reconnect this vital feedback loop between the body and brain.
The result? Better movement, sharper awareness, improved stability and a more responsive nervous system resulting in better emotional regulation a and mood.
