Hi, I'm Jen!

I’m a Life Coach and Wellness Expert with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry.


My background spans movement, breathwork, and nutrition — and now, through coaching, I bring these elements together to help people create lasting, meaningful change in both body and mind.

What I do

I’m a professional life coach and wellness expert for people in midlife and beyond who feel stuck in their own bodies, their relationships, careers or life in general.  I work with clients in various ways including 1-1 coaching, movement workshops and sessions that bring together both nutrition and movement.​  I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry for more than 20 years.

Why I do it

Yes, I’ve done the courses (and I’ll always love learning, up-skilling, and staying curious), but the real lessons have come from life itself. 

"I've been in the wellness space for more than 20 years, working mostly in movement and nutrition. But what I've learned – both from my own journey and from walking alongside countless women – is that in midlife, movement alone sometimes isn't enough."

Working with me

I work with clients various ways including 1:1 coaching, movement workshops and sessions that bring together both nutrition and movement.

 

I also offer a 6-week program (The Reset) created just for women in midlife — to help you feel your best, inside and out.
