Why I do it....
Because being a mum has been my greatest teacher.
Through my daughter’s blindness, my son’s early health challenges and the many of my own seasons of change in between, I’ve learned resilience, empathy, and the power of letting go of perfection.

Motherhood (and life wisdom) has taught me that nothing in life is permanent — everything rises and falls, shifts and reshapes.
And in that growth and change, I’ve found my greatest lesson: the most important question we can ask isn’t “Who should I be?” or “What do others expect of me?”
It’s this — Who do I want to be?

It’s the foundation of my coaching — helping others navigate change with compassion, reconnect to themselves, and rebuild a life that feels grounded, strong, and true.
