Service Description

This class is all about connection — firstly with each other, with our breath, and with the foundation of our movement: our feet. Our feet, ankles, and lower legs support a lot of our movement, so we focus on mobilising and strengthening them to create a stable base. From there, we’ll connect the whole body — hips, core, and breath — in a way that leaves you feeling grounded, energised, and fully present. It’s a class that brings strength and flow together, from the ground up. This is a wonderful class for all levels and a superb place to start.
