Together, we’ll explore the nutrition our bodies need right now — from simple, balanced meals to snacks that sustain energy, and whether supplements might support this stage of life. We’ll also dive into the science behind intermittent fasting and whether it’s truly worth considering. And because wellness isn’t just about food, we’ll move, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies — leaving you feeling informed, motivated, and strong. Suitable for all levels.
